I wanted to write this review because, this is a relatively new Dry Cleaners and I am so Happy they are in our neighborhood. I would like to start by saying, I don't care how new they are they do superb work and are very nice. I have taken Ladies Suits, pants, and blouses and there work is top notch. Oh did I mention the Price, You will be Quite pleased. If you live in this area give them a try. You wont be disappointed.
Charlie & his sons took care of my cleaning for over 8 years and did a very good job. Friendly and cheerful and I felt like part of the family.Casey
Monday late night around 1:00am. I had just gotten off of work myself. I go to this laundromat to use the dryers for my clothes i had washed earlier that same day. It was dead. There was me, the attendant, and 1 other customer (who im sure was a friend of the attendant) using 1 dryer. Im was stopped from putting my clothes in the dryer because i had not used the washers and told i couldnt just dry only because it wasnt worth it ($$$) to let people just dry. I was turned away for wanting to spend money at a 24hr laundromat that was opened and staffed, that had no other customers because it wasnt worth the $2-3 they would have made from me. So an empty laundry makes more profit than one that has people giving it money??? Whatever. So another laundromat, here i come. Hopefully they take $
I would highly recommend Heights Cleaners. Not only do they do awesone business, they are very reasonable, honest, reliable and most of all Family Owned.
I took several of my husbands suits as well as my wedding dress to be dry cleaned , all items were ready before the quoted time frame . Amazing customer service ! My wedding dress had been sitting in our garage for 6 years , they got out every stain . They found $37 dollars in my husbands suit coat and gave it back to us. Not too many people would be so honest , I am very grateful and happy to have found our new dry cleaner !
Horrible place! I picked up a jacket only to have the female owner come out and say "It wasn't my fault, the fabric wasn't stabilized". I had already paid and I asked to see it. Sure enough it was 100% RUINED. The fabric had bled. She then told me to take it back to the store -- I didn't even remember where I had bought it. She kept saying, "it's not my fault!" I then asked for a refund. She balked and became extremely rude and aggressive. I told her that in fact they had ruined a dress several years ago and had given me my money back. She finally agreed to refund it. When I told her they had lost a customer, she said "Whatever!". DO NOT USE THIS DRYCLEANER!!!!!!!!
Great services. Fair pricing. Next day service available if needed. Alterations also. Wedding gown services. I come across town to come here.
Very clean Place ,really good service. This place is always so well kept and the workers are really nice people.
Maybe you'll get it back when you're told it will be ready, or maybe you'll be given excuses that other customers garments were there before yours. If I wait a week on something then I expect it to be ready when i was told it would be ready, otherwise tell me it will be 2 weeks and I can decide if I want to leave the article with you or find another service provider. When I come in to get my clothing that you said would be ready, I also don't expect to get attitude. I'm sure there is better service somewhere else in this area. Lost my business.
How funny someone should say something about their employees, my wife fell flat on her chest last night and with two employees standing right there, not one of them asked her if she was OK until other customers and myself was on the floor seeing if she was OK.Then one of the employees told me that my wife was the third person to fall that day, and started putting more Matt's and towels but no wet floor signs. How unprofessional is that,we have always done our laundry there but after that I think we'll rethink it because them talking was more important than there customers safety
