        We just finished our 4th week. This system has changed my life and I cant remember the last time I felt so good. I have lost 33 lbs, and lost 28" of fat off my body. I dont snore at night, and my feet dont hurt anymore. I am looking forward to the maintenance program. it was not easy, as we ate out before the program at least 5x week but well worth it. Thanks Irish for all your support. I would recommend it to anyone. e., A local favorite, or highly recommended because
