I went in for the first time and asked if I was covered for x-rays. The front desk secretary told me that I am covered, they proceeded to complete the services, and then I found out that I was in no way covered. I called the secretary and she told me she "meant to check" on my insurance coverage but "got busy" and did not get around to it.



The worst part was not the total incompetence of the staff, but the rudeness and blaming. One secretary told me that the person I spoke with was out sick and it was not her fault (although she wrote up a treatment plan and quotes stating that I was covered with insurance), while the other simply said she was busy and it was my fault for not having the correct insurance plan.



They also would NOT allow me to speak to anyone else but themselves (the two who made the mistakes), so now their mistakes will continue and their insurance fraud goes unpunished. Shame on them and shame on Dr. Miller for allowing this to continue.
