Praxair

Praxair, formerly Argyle, at Comanche in Albuquerque has instituted new policies that are anything but customer oriented. I went to the Comanche location to have my aviation O2 bottle filled, dropped off the bottle, got my claim ticket, told it would be ready in a week. Showed up a week later and the bottle was not ready (strike 1). Came back the next week and was told that the new policy was that I had to go to their filling plant, pick up the bottle, return to the store and then pay (strike 2). Asked who created this policy and was told that the new general manager did. Asked to speak to him and they said he was in Las Cruces. Asked for his phone number and NOBODY knew how to get in touch with him (strike 3). Praxair if this is what you think is customer service then I have a bridge to sell you.
