hi my names Jennifer. I have been going to nails proce lawn for the last 2 years. They are awesome they do excellent nails I've had my eyebrows done they do great job on that. I've had my feet done they always taking care of you. the people there are good people there sweet. I have never had any fungus underneath my nails or any fungus under my toes they are take care of you there sterile. I would recommend it to any of my friends or my family. I give them a 5 star rating if I could give them or I would. Thank you so much for the job good job that you guys do.
This place is convenient because it was in the mall where I already was however I will never waste my money here again. The man who did my nails was rude and very unfriendly. He charged me 20 extra dollars because I like my nails longer. I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years and I have never been charged 20 dollars for my length...maybe 5 extra but definitely not 20..he also didn't bother to tell me until after doing them.
I got fungus in my nails 2 days after getting my nails done here as well. I had my nails of for 2 weeks to let them breath before getting a new set. I ended up having to take them off less than a week after getting them because of the fungus. A complete waste of 45 dollars (45 dollars for a plain set of nails and I opted not to have them painted.)
THE WORST. EXCEPT for Lynn. Very good pedicure my feet look and feel great..
Walking in I felt uh oh. It feels like a sweatshop.. Christy the owner shoveling people in. I asked to have rest of my acrylic nails soaked off.. She had the arrogance to say no and proceeded to attempt to peel them off with a plastic nail tip. I repeated no, she reluctantly wrapped my nails with cotton wool, acetone in tin oil, all the while giving me the lecture of how bad this was for my nails.
Ok moving on, my turn for a full set, everyone around is speaking Vietnamese and ignoring the customer who I continue to presume are their bread and butter...
Christy insists I have the gel manicure which is $25 MORE than the acrylic new set I politely say no thank you. The THIRD time I asked her which part of no didn't she understand. I specifically asked her for my nails to be roundish and THIN, I came out with square short stubs, I specifically asked for a natural shape to the nail bed I got cookie cut flat and slanting upwards at the tip and VERY THICK.
A customer was promised a 5 minute wait after 15 mins she left, I swear one if the girls, at Christys urging, CHASED her in the mall to get her back. She said no...
I will never go back.
Instead I will not act out of desperation and go back to my beloved Love My Nails to Andy where I have been a loyal customer... As soon as my car works again.....
