        Worst customer service ever. I had cash in hand without them knowing. They treated me like I had no knowledge or knowledge because I'm a young woman. They tried to pull a credit report just to test drive a car I refused so they denied my request.. Never in my life have I had that. Mr. Vigil also tried to tell me my payments would double cuz the car I wanted was too high end. I disagreed to the ridiculous terms and told him you just lost a sale. I could've afforded that car with flying colors. Their loss. I will tell everyone I know about my demeaning experience!!

        I flew in from Dallas, TX to look at a Chevy HHR in Feb. of 2009. I liked the car and left a $500.00. The next day I received a letter from the AZ. sheriffs department regarding my fathers death. I immediately left a phone message, email and U.S. mail notice to M&F that I could not purchase the car and would be traveling extensively regarding the matter. I sent along the letter from the sheriffs office to substanciate my messages and letters. I am STILL waiting for the $500.00 to show up!
