Overall

I agree with the experiences the other people had except for one additional thing. After 1 year my sofa has "decomposed" and I now have to throw it away. The arm and area where we sit starting cracking and now the materials are all coming out of the sofa! $1,500. My wife and kids just say "I told you so." I called the store at 13 months and they said I should have called earlier. Their repair guy would not return my calls, but honestly the couch is too far gone at this point. Love that Furniture City's Logo on their bus card is " WHERE QUALITY IS EVERYTHING."

Do not come here. These people...

Do not come here. These people are running some sort of illicit business. I will share my experience today. My friend and I were strolling about the shopping center and we decide to go into this store. Walking up to the storefront we notice all the cracked windows and "Cash Only" signs. Upon entering we notice a woman, not in uniform, with her 4 year old kids wiping down a leather couch with windex. Strange...then before we could proceed any further we are greeted by a man. "Greeted" is not the word, we were questioned.

He asked us why we were there. That itself seems sketchy. Now I've came here before and it seemed like a legitimate place, the staff was friendly and in uniform but today there were only three people working there with no uniform looking suspicious. I was convinced they were looking out for the cops, waiting for a drug cartel, or waiting for the perfect moment to kidnap us and sell us to a trafficking ring. My father is no Liam Neeson, he isn't an ex-CIA spy that will find and rescue me from the underground world of human trafficking(movie: Taken). Nope.

My friend and I were hesitant to stay in the store so we wandered around seemingly interested in the stock of overpriced furniture while staying at a close proximity to the entrance. We were there for what seemed ages, only mere minutes, as this man and the whole staff dogged us. As soon as that man turned around and walked away, we booked it. This occurrence makes us positive something corrupt is going down in there and I'd advise you to stay away.
