        Overall

        I would never use this place again. The owner(Eric Sanchez) will have you pay for half the work up front and never meet deadlines. It took almost 2.5 months to have him complete my job which he promised would be done in 2 weeks. He also still has money from me regarding another job which he never completed and has had my money for 2 months. He will not return calls. Buyer Beware.

        Their workmanship is excellent, our gate came out beautiful. They were very prompt and professional. We are having additional work done and I know we will not be disappointed.
