Went to Joseph to get my bumper fixed, and during the quote process he was extremely helpful and we agreed to a price to fix it. Fast forward to the completed job, and it looks good so I pay him and go on my merry way. A week later after some interstate driving, the side of the bumper is hanging off! I bring it in the next day and he tells me that the bracket won't fit the bumper and I need to set aside a full day to drop the car off and get it the bracket adjusted. I call him today and he tells me that there's NOTHING HE CAN DO. He has to audacity to tell me that he's too busy for me now and that the only way the bracket will fit is with an entirely new bumper.

That's not what we agreed to and not what I paid for. I tell him it's not ethical and if we agreed to something he should follow through, and all he tells me is we can't do it, either get a brand new bumper or you're basically screwed.

I warn you, do not do business with Joseph and Discount Towing.

I called Discount towing in the middle of the night. The dispatcher quoted me a price to have my car towed. The bill was actually cheaper when it was all said and done. The driver was nice and friendly and the dispatcher was honest. I am glad they answered their phone as I called a few other companies that didn't answer.

After my car stalled and would not restart on one of the hottest days this year I called Discount Towing to take my vihicle to my preferred auto shop. After promptly responding to my call (thank the lord, it was 100 degrees and Noon) the driver was very courteous and helpful, not to mention careful with my vehicle. All of the employees I came into contact with were extremely helpful and very pleasant. I will most definitely be using them again.

Our vechical was towed and stored at this facility. Vechical was taken in excellent condition. When we were finally notified they had our truck after 2 months, which we were under the impression our truck was stolen! We went to this facility to acess any damage. To our surprise our vechical was unrecognizable someone had took the time to remove 20 in. rims, light kits, stereo and valuable personal belongings which they tried to cover up by replacing tires and lights! When we entered the office to complain about the condition of our truck the employee in charge simply said that to file a claim with the insurance that they would pay the vehical off and it was there's to keep and they would more than likey sell it, we should be able to get a new car out of our insurance any way. Our truck was taken from our apartment complex same day 1-2 hrs prior to our vechical being reported stolen to the police!!!!!!!!
