This was the worst physical I have ever experienced. First they lost my appointment and told me to wait 3 hours. When I complained front desk staff yelled at me until my husband called with proof it was their mistake. Then after I paid the doctor sees me and accuses me of mental problems because I was upset they yelled at me. He does a 10 minute "physical" without reading my paperwork (I had to remind him of something the nurse had found on my entrance exam and said he would talk to me about). After he verbally attacks me again and leaves without finishing I ask to see the manager. I tell them I want my money back because I have not received what I paid for. The manager returns my money and the doctor comes back into the room while I am talking to her and verbally assaults me yet again. If you can go to any other medical clinic I suggest you do.

Appt was going as expected, lots of people, not fast but steady, until I got done with the doc and told to wait in the lobby until I was released by the desk staff. I waited, went up to the counter when I thought they had called my name, sat down, waited, waited some more, until about 45 min had gone by. I finally got up after 45 min and went to the desk to ask 'Can I go?' They looked at me like I was from another planet. "Oh were sorry, we called your name a long time ago." I wanted to punch them in the face.

the doctors are rude and extremely pushy. the doctor did not listen to a word I said and just made me go to physical therapy. am still in excruciating pain and he won't listen.saw 3 different doctors at this location and they all had the same cookie cutter answer.
