COMCAST IS CALLED COMCAST CAUSE THEY ARE A DONKEY. They are trying to steal every dime from you as much as they can steal, by keeping you on the phone promising u services they cannot give u. That is Y they have so many Xfiniity commercials on TV, cause Comcast Donkey wants to come to NM for a couple of years just to make a couple billions and go to the next state and continue the same scam. Actually, the word "Donkey" comes from Comcast. And they, Comcast or Donkey should be put in jail. For if I stole the money that Comcast is stealing from the customers, I would be incarcerated for life. Next time you hear the word "Donkey", think of Comcast. Comcast employees steal your time and most people don't have the time or a dime to spare to give to some donkies from Comcast. Stay away, use the HD box with antenna, or watch cable at someone's else house instead. U be better off watching free HDTV at Sears or at Presby Hospital. The more angry you get, the happier they are. DONKEY 1-1-13

I pay for 5Mbps but consistantly recieve 0.2-0.5 Mbps. Slow service and useless help from tech support.

having to return our third box. DRV not working, tech on phone last night "sent a signal" to the box that fried it making it completely inoperable. No tech available til next week. Need to take box to thier local Montbel store. internet lists two different sets of office hours for the Montbel store. called the phone number listed to see which is correct. Phone number just rolls into their 1-800 mile long options line. Just not worth the committment it takes to keep this service going.

Comcast and Customer Service. They don't know what the word means. I recently returned equipment for a family member, waiting in line in the Albuquerque Service Center for an hour with people needing new equipment and paying bills. Has anyone at the corporate level thought about streamlining the process, having a line for returns only which would speed up the line for the people trying to take care of their accounts? And what about account representatives that sit and talk for five minutes in between taking care of customers. On 3/7/11 at 1:00 PM, there were two reps having a really good time while over 25 people stood in line to be waited on, me included. I timed them - 5-7 minutes in-between customers. When I confronted one of them about reporting their behavior towards customers, I was told, "oh, we were talking about work, I can prove it". Save that for your supervisor to explain to. I have never had Comcast, and after my experience with their service, I never will.

Friendly incompetence! I had a home-based business and previously paid extra for Comcast Business service. But after the business grew to get a place of its own, I switched my home service back to Residential. You'd think they've never once done this before. Comcast Business and Comcast Residential might as well be two different companies that speak different languages. It took 2+ months and 10+ phone calls to get it all straight. They kept charging my bank account every month but twice disconnected me for non-payment! The problem turned out to be that they were charging me for the long-since-disconnected Business service, and my new Residential account was showing as past due. They never once called or emailed - just shut me off! At least I haven't encountered rudeness lately. They all sound cheerful and promise to help, but the Comcast "machine" seems to be designed to defy getting anything done.

Comcast of Albuquerque is terrible. We moved and returned all the equipment we had - which was a hassle because you have to wait in line for an hour to return your equipment along with everyone paying their bills. Then we received a $200 bill for unreturned equipment! Even after several phone calls we were told that their records indicated we had not returned one of the two modems we had and one of the two cable boxes! Why would we have 2 of each, I explained. Regardless, they are a shoddy outfit! Don't trust the technicians, don't trust any of them. If they come to repair or upgrade, be sure you get receipts-they won't tell you that when they come to your home. Comcast doesn't care about the customer - just how much money they can get from you. You would think they would be thankful for good customers. I will never use Comcast again. And I'll pass the word to others!
