I am so pleased with the quality of service, prompt and courteous care, and the affordable prices that I receive every time I bring my car in. All of the staff is fantastic and knowledgeable, but Bob has given me such exceptional service. He takes the time to explain my options and give his opinions, which I believe are honest and based on years of expertise. I am always treated with respect, and I am totally comfortable there. The work done is top quality. I will be a customer for life.
Terrible customer service and service, period. A transmission shop that knows nothing about transmissions. Went in with a shifting issue and had my truck for two days, told me it was a fan clutch. Had that fixed by another shop and went back with the same problem, owner told me I might need a new radiator. WHAT?! I had to tell them how to actually check my truck for the problem and what to look for. Took them another two days to fix what was wrong. A simple pressure sensor and solenoid. 4 days of down time 2 hours labor. On the way home the parts failed. Solenoid was bad and didn't plug in the harness all the way in the sensor. Had to limp the truck home 400 miles to someone who knew what they were doing. These guys are a joke. Don't waste your time with them, find another shop.

i was traveling from Nebraska to Arizona when my transmission went out in Albuquerque. I called the first add I saw in the phone book . Budget transmission masters took me in right away. They gave me a quote and got started on my car. They even gave us a ride to our hotel. They picked us up in the morning when my car was ready. I would recommend this place to everyone. Very kind and honest people.
1995 f150, new transmission, clutch kit, slave cylinder. slave cylinder has given out TWICE! CHEAP QUALITY PARTS! (PEP BOYS). 2 INTERNAL SLAVE CYLINDERS WITHIN 5K MILES OF USE?? VERY UNSATISFIED, STRANDED ON THE HIGHWAY TWICE!
This is a company you can tell is proud to stand behind the work they do. They fixed the clutch on our car. They gave us an up-front price- not a "ballpark range" like some places. The clutch is still working well five years later.
Great job at a great price. 2000 CVPI complete rebuild of transmission. 14,100 miles to date. No problems at all , shift points are strong and correct. 3 year warranty came with rebuild.
