Braden's Beautiful Balloons

I bought a Groupon for a private balloon ride for 2. From the outset, when I tried to schedule it, the woman who answers the phone tried to talk us into doing a group flight instead. Our ride was cancelled the night before due to weather. When I tried to reschedule, she again tried to get me to book a group flight. To get the private flight, I had to book during the week and take time off work, but I was willing to do this to get what I paid for. The night before the ride, it was again cancelled due to weather, however, next morning, I saw at least 6 other balloons up and, perhaps, one was theres. When I tried to reschedule the woman flat out refused to book us for a 'private' ride stating that it was their busy season and there were no appts available. In frustration, I called Groupon and was given a refund based on the companies refusal to honor the deal they offered. I would recommend Rainbow Ryders and World Balloon. They were both great rides and good customer service.

Braden's Beautiful Balloons is a great way to see the enchantment of the Rio Grand Valley. You float on the breeze and get a fantastic view of Albuquerque and Rio Rancho. The ride is fun and safe and the people are really nice.
