Well first off let's hope you are not ordering gluten free. Because cross contamination is huge here. They seldom clean the knives after cutting other sandwiches that are made with regular bread. Also they usually will cut the gluten free bread on the surface where they cut the other sandwiches. Another thing, not everything is handled with gloved hands. I know because I worked there. I have plenty of horror stories about this place. Not only is the owner rude he hits in any employee that is female. So I do not recommend going here.
After doing a search online I decided to try this place close to my house. My family owns a deli where I come from and I was craving some good deli sandwiches to enjoy with my wife. I just came back from there and I am very disappointed and angry that I spent $27 on two sorry looking, small sized sandwiches that were made with regular white bread (those loaf of bread you buy at Walmart for maybe 2 bucks...). I ordered a Muffaletta (which is supposed to have a Pistachio Mortadella, Capicolla Ham, Tomato and Olives). This sandwich had maybe half of a slice of Mortadella and a slice of Ham with some weird olives and carrots in the center... After being rushed by the cashier to place my order quickly I thought they were turning tables quick and expected a great sandwich. The place not not busy!!!!! It took almost 20 minutes waiting in this HOT place (no, they do not have AC or do not like to turn it on) until I got this tiny sandwich in a brown bag with some Cole slaw. The sandwich cost was $6.75, and I promise anyone of you reading that any Subway sandwich is better and more filling than this one. The service was not friendly and the staff in the back was being loud and laughing. Now I understand why they rushed me to order, so they can get back to their "laughing" and doing nothing in the back. My wife had a new "Chicken Lemon" sandwich which when she tried she thought it to be a joke. I couldn't wait to get out of there. Please, save your $27 , go to a deli store buy some quality cold cuts and some nice BREAD not a white loaf from Walmart and have a party with friends and family at home. Plus you will be in the comfort of your air conditioning and will not have to wait 20 minutes for a sorry looking sandwich. Why do people go there? I bet these reviews were placed by the owners and maybe some sorry friends. What a joke!!
