        Overall

        ANCAE , has taken care of my home's heater and air conditioner for the last 18 years. They installed a new heater in 2005 and installed refrigerated air conditioning in 2014. I just had them come out and do a checkup on my system today and they found a bad capacitor which was causing problems with the fan. All their employees that have installed or serviced my systems have been great people. Very informative and hard working.

        The worst! This site wouldn't let me put in 0 stars. They installed a recirculation pump and didn't turn the water heater back on. They had a contract to service my swamp cooler. This spring they set it up and didn't open the dampers. Water started running from the roof continuously and they came out and looked and said it was a special flushing process and was OK. A drain hose decintigrated in a storm, so they came out and installed a new one to handle the "automatic flushing" and charged me a lot to fix it. The excess water running off the roof magically got fixed. Unfortunately the cooler quit cooling. They came out again and "inspected" it and charged me again. They said the hose was plugged. It still wasn't working so we called again a week later. The owner of the company started arguing with me and yelling at me when I told him I wasn't going to pay the bill until they fixed it. Then he told me to call another plumber. I did. The "drain hose" they installed wasn't connected to anything. It was just stuck into a screw hole. The end was next to the fan. The float was adjusted all the way down so there was no water in the sump for the pump to pump. We removed the drain and reset the float and the cooler works fine. There was no special flushing system, just an overflow. The Ancae guy was just lying to us. He is either completely incompetent or just gouging us. So nothing they did was ever done correctly. Don't even think about using this company. They are a total rip off.
