Too bad 1 star is the lowest rating available, they're worse than that. Service is disgusting,waited 2 months for supplies, no one in office ever returns calls. Even their "I-Care" main office in FL does not respond to problems & concerns. Shiny brochures & glitzy website, don't be fooled.
If your loved one needs 24 O2, do not use this company. They left me hanging more times than I have fingers. My mom uses O2 24/7. I had to borrow O2 tanks from the neighbor. They even brought me an invoice to sign after I dropped them like a hot potato, saying something about a date, and this invoice was already signed with a signature on it that wasn't mine! I am the only person caring for my mom! Completely unreputable and unscrupulous. Pacific Pulmonary is the way to go.
The other reviews are true!!!! This office never does what they say. Always a different reason why they don't do what say.....and they get mad at u for being upset!!!!! Lincare used to be a great company but no more.Karen g
I dropped Apria for incompetent, only to find these guys worse. The folks at the local store are very nice but impotent, when it comes to getting anything from the supply house in Florida. Expect to wait for that supply house to get to you. They do bill the government on time though I'll bet.
Still WAITING & WAITING on cpap machine. Customer service rep can't even return calls as promised. How many months should I wait to get desperately needed machine? I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. Lincare = FAIL.
This is the most unprofessional company I've had the displeasure of dealing with in quite some time. Not only did it take 2 months to get my dads wheelchair, I was given several different excuses as to why he still didn't have it. One phone call to his Dr. and this company called me back to say that he would have it the next day. Someone was to call me back this morning to let me know what general time it would be delivered, and of course, no one did. It's now close to noon, I called them and they left me on hold for 4 minutes. I finally hung up, called back and was put on hold for another 2 minutes. Apparently, they were trying to figure out which runner had the "ticket" to deliver it! Still, no one asks me for a phone number that they could call me back on. I hang up again. I wait 7 minutes and call back and they STILL don't have an answer for me. At least they offered to call me back this time. So they said they would deliver it around 4. I wait until 6 to call and they HAVE NO RECORD OF IT BEING DELIVERED TODAY!!! And this is a holiday weekend. Supposedly, someone will deliver it tomorrow.
Contrary to the disappointed other reviewers I highly value Ilncare service. Call by Thursday & supplies are promptly delivered Friday. From time to time they have called me to assure their service is working. Sorry about the negative reviewers experience. Lincare surely works for me.

every time I called they said "we're ordering your equipment today. " After a month of calling they said they couldn't find my file. I gave them a phone number to contact me at and they still called my old number. Thank God it wasn't disconnected yet. Horrible service.
I had a ridiculously difficult time establishing an account at this company. They misplaced my paperwork - TWICE - and never followed up on three phone calls and visits. I'm going back to HME who have made several billing errors but that is still better than Lincare's lack of customer service.
