This business will lie to you if you don't know much about appliancesI brought in my dryer that I purchased from this company because it wasn't heating. They called me a few days later and said they had fixed it and charged me $80 for the parts. It turns out that after checking my home wiring, the problem was the 220V outlet and that was the reason it didn't heat. I took pictures of all the parts on the dryer and made a mark on all of these and upon opening the back, I see all the parts are still dusty and they are the exact same parts. I was charged for basically nothing and that just comes to show this is a lying, stealing, dishonest company.
Unfortunately I will never give baillos any more business like I have in the past. Their customer service is the worst and Gabe who represents them shows that he does not care about their customers. If he did not want to help me out he should have advised me and transfer me over to somebody that was higher in rank.
It took Dalton Services just under 2.5 MONTHS to repair my refrigerator. They came out a total of 6 times before it was fixed, even giving an all clear 3x. My husband and I had to rent a fridge totaling almost $200 and if I knew it would take 2.5 months we would have bought a used one to use temporarily as we were originally quoted 2 weeks for repairs from Dalton. I had to call each week for an update because they would never reach out to me on the status. They are not competent in what their doing as the technician after the final part was replaced said, 'this was the problem the whole time.' Really?!? I contacted the owner, Mike about some sort of compensation to cover the refrigerator rental as 2.5 MONTHS to repair a fridge is not a reasonable amount of time. He has never called me back and I left 3 messages. NEVER Trust these people. They were paid over $1000 for repair bills and they treat their paying customers horribly not to mention the gross incompetence. DO NOT USE!!!
I thought I could save money going with another service that charged a little less for the service call but I learned the hard way that that is a fallacy... half the time the service tech is not licensed and that lower price just gets him in the door to makie an unqualified diagnosis which costs me MORE in the long run. (I just went through this)! Dalton is the only company qualified by Whirlpool (who took over Maytag's service) to work on the newer Maytag products and Pete is one of two techs at Daltons who specifically knows these machines like the back of his hand. I had 3 different services give me three different diagnoses for my machine ranging in price from $500 to over $700 and Pete had the problem fixed right the first time for under $300. I am VERY HAPPY with Dalton's integrity. Mike Dalton has a pristine reputation in building his business over the last 20 years.Don't even mess around, just call Dalton and come out ahead!!!! That is my recommendation!!!
I moved to Santa Fe a year ago and did not know who to call. I had to fire A&E Appliance Repair twice and each time found Dalton. Dalton is the very best in the area, hands down. Completely professional and utterly competent and a pleasure to deal with.Don't even consider another company!
