Good food, horrible service.
If you ever visit close to closing time. All the employees tell u the the minute you walk in. We close at 8pm. They start telling you that at 730pm. Yet the drive thru closes at 815pm. They charge a lot for refills. If u order drive thru and ask for extra sauce they charge you. But if u order inside they don't charge you. But remember they close at 8 pm. Oh and I also noticed that there is very little information about this location online because they probably don't want the bad reviews and or they are to cheap to promote there business.
Always very good and fresh.
This is the hidden gem of restaurants in Albuquerque. It serves excellent Japanese dishes, awesome sushi, and a variety of Japanese beers, wine cocktails and of course Sake. The staff is very friendly, courteous, and efficient at serving its customers. I have visited here many times and have yet to receive anything but excellent and timely food and service. Sitting in a strip mall, don't expect to pay the higher prices of a fancy restaurant. The food is value priced, yet excellent quality. The chef is an expert at food and sushi preparation. I would highly recommend Tokyo Kitchen to anyone who loves Japanese food, a clean, quiet, non crowded atmosphere, and an efficient friendly staff. They make you feel at home.
When someone told us about this restraint we tried it and always go back. The food is very tasty and the service is good. Only sometimes being a small eatery there is a wait because the place is becoming popular. The rice is not found anywhere else so far in the metro area. Must try for yourself!
