Used their drive-thru on Sat. 5/19/18 at approx. 5:48 p.m., ordered 2 double-cheeseburgers, no onions, 1 hour later at work found they had green chile on them, which I DIDN'T order & can't eat!! Very disappointing, verify people!! Done with them for quite awhile!! firstname.lastname@example.org :)
If there were a zero grading system, this McDonalds would get it. I just experienced the absolute worst episode of my life at any drive through. I ordered a tea and a large coke for my husband. We were handed 2 drinks and drove away. My husband tried the drink and it was Dr. Pepper, so I drove all the way back and got in line again. They exchanged our drink and we began to proceed through the drive through. Unfortunately, there was a woman parked blocking the end of the drive through with a Mc Donald's manager (Destiny Torres) hanging out the window chatting. So we waited, and waited, and waited....10 minutes later I lightly honked my horn hoping the woman would pull forward to the designated parking space made specifically for people waiting for food... directly across from the end of the drive through. Destiny continued to chat with this customer, meanwhile, 3 other cars are now waiting behind us. So I honked my horn again and the manager looked at me stupidly and the woman in the car jumped out and started screaming at me and waving her hands threateningly... The manager Destiny just watched. If she had pulled out a gun I would be dead as I was pinned in and could not move. The customer started pounding on the hood of my car with her fists. Destiny (the manager) did nothing to de-escalate the situation. Meanwhile, we are all still waiting to get out. After another 10 minutes she pulls out. I leave very upset and call the manager Destiny Torres and asked her why she just didn't ask this woman to pull up to the waiting parking space... Why she didn't intervene when a customer became violent with me... Her answer... "I didn't want her to get mad because she had to wait" This McDonalds is the worst and I will be calling corporate offices. If you are disgruntled as well call corporate 575-393-0331 and lodge a complaint against the horrendous place.
The food was fresh and hot this trip. The customer service was lacking. If we were not from out of town, we'd probably go to another location. Wait times are longer than most other stores. Sometimes items are not served as they should be ie: cold foods cold & hot foods hot. It's better than going hungry and all we habe available. Hopefully all around service will improve soon.
One thing that I miss the most moving away from New Mexico is the Lotaburger. It is the best burger that I have ever had! If you're ever in New Mexico you MUST try the Lotaburger with the green chiles. It will change your life.
Was on my way into the store when some old lady started screaming profanities at a younger woman. The younger woman looked like she was in shock and just walked away. it seemed like both worked there. what a terrible working environment. If this is the way they treat each other how will they act towards the customers. I tried to call and ask for some information and the woman who answered was terribly rude. Never will go this store,.
The place is dirty inside and litter is on the outside. The food is not as good as other Dairy Queens I have been to. The service is poor and rude. I was not offered napkins when giving me a small blizzard that I asked her not to flip. I then said can you please clean it off and give me a bag. She gave me such a huge bag I couldn't place it around the small blizzard and have it fit in my cup holder in my car. I had to wait for a napkin. I handed the girl the bag I didn't need before asking for some napkins. She rudely and abruptly told me that "THEY" don't take garbage there. I asked her for some napkins which she gave me and then told me I could take my garbage to the dumpster outback. So much for service with a smile and some sort of hospitality here in Albuquerque!!!!!!!
If I could give this Subway location zero stars I would. Dislocation consistently over charges they do not honor subway coupons and their staff is very rude. I realize those sound like very bitter comments, but after my experience today I am done with visiting this location even if it is close to where I work. I will travel the extra distance and time to another subway location so that I don't have to put up with the overcharging and bad customer service at this location. Buyer beware.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TREATMENT!! Parked in Carl's Jr lot on New Year's Eve day and made a purchase there and literally stepped over the curb to Chick fil A to buy my kids nuggets and my vehicle was booted by Armando's Parking enforcement allowed by franchise owners! $75 cash is demanded by creepy rent a cop! I have a receipt of food purchased and Carl's Jr manager doesn't care & just gives corporate #. So the $6 burger will turn into an $81 burger and your $1 drink will cost you $76 if your kids want to eat literally a hop, skip and jump at Chick fil A! I'm sticking to Chick fil A, where they truly know how to treat customers!
For the second time, after ordering a large sandwich platter, the sandwiches were not ready at the time needed. Both times because there was only one person on duty. Will never place an order with them again. Wish we could report this to the manager.
This McDonald's is so very difficult to talk to.the store is always DIRTY AND staffers are always messing up the orders. Never refunding money replacing orders and still messing them up.Very Unprofessional! !!!!@
