Due to my arthritis getting worse, I could no longer pick up my laundry basket, button my clothes or reach to wash my hair or put on my shoes. I was thinking about moving out of my home but then I found this company. 1st Premier helps me with all of that plus does errands for me. I'm happy to still be in my home.
We've had to change caretakers several times, because of lack of professionalism and proper care of our mother. When we complain to supervisors, they don't seem to take it seriously. Many of the workers also don't seem to take their work seriously and spend time on the phone or just sitting around, rather than doing what their supposed to.
United health care contracts with this agency. Plz clients speak up. Phone system 90% doesn't workI've been 3 weeks without care or calls They send people that haven't passed a back ground check. I've had aps. At my home 3x. No help. But documented. I've had felonsDrug addicts. Been stolen from Caretakers that can't boil eggs can't do laundry. Communication barriers😮seriously?????And so far 5 days without anyone. Left a message as I did yesterday the day before. How can UHC continue contracting with this horrific company?
I have been debating on placing a review, but decided I should to prevent other family members from having to go through the poor end of life care given. I would NOT recommend this hospice service in the Gallup, NM area. There was a complaint regarding the hospice nurse, never received a response from the main office. Chaplain service was great, otherwise, disappointing organization. I was even recommended to change hospice services when confronting the hospice nurse of poor services. What organization tells or recommends family members of a dying patient to change hospice services?? Many times, thought it was unprofessional attitude of the hospice nurse.
Don't do it. They'll suck you in and tell you it costs several hundred dollars but oops! - they forgot a zero or two. In reality, it costs thousands. Lousy professionalism all the way around.
This company at one time was responsive and caring toward it's customer/clients. Sadly that is no longer the case. Telephone calls and voicemails are frequently NOT responded to for days @ a time on both office main line and cell phone. They do not have an emergency pool of helpers when my assigned helper calls out for personal or illness reasons. The environment has become very unfriendly, and unprofessional for me as a client because of the cliqueish environment between office staff and some home helpers.I would not recommend this company for your or a family members home help needs.
I've been a client of 1st Premier Home Care since Dec. 2015. I have been very pleased with my caregiver. She is well trained and caring and does a good job anticipating my needs. I've not had to call the office very often, but when I have, they are always professional and answer all of my questions.
I have been a client of 1st Premier Home Care since 2012. I had a stroke and could no longer care for myself. I was hesitant to ask for help but my daughter found this company and interviewed them for me. She was impressed so I gave them a try. I have been so pleased with my caregiver, Sylvia. She is kind and takes excellent care of me. She helps me get dressed in the morning, makes my meals and cleans my house. She also does my laundry and takes me to my doctor's appointments. Now that I have the help, I don't know what I would do without them. Many thanks to 1st Premier Home Care for helping me stay in my home. I recommend them highly so please don't hesitate to call them.
I had an appointment at this clinic over a year ago, just a regular check up and a flu shot. A couple months later, I got a letter saying that my insurance declined to pay. Come to find out, they submitted the wrong information to my insurance company. I immediately called them and asked them to resubmit the claim with the correct information. They told me they would. Life happened, I got married and moved out of state and I start receiving statements again saying I owe them money. I finally found my old insurance information and called to see if the could resubmit it again since they never did. I'm now being told that it's too late and if I don't pay, it will be sent to collections. I was also told this is all my fault and the manager "didn't know" about any of this so it's not her problem. This is unacceptable. This office is terrible and I wouldn't recommend anyone go there if they don't want to fully pay out of pocket for the clinic's screw up. They don't know how to do their jobs and you will be blamed for it.
this pharmacy is a rip off! they charge WAY too much as a co-pay. even when I transferred a prescription to another pharmacy, they still filled it. I am very mad at this place!
