Wouldn’t suggest this salon, based on several things, one was that it was recommended to me. I don’t want anyone to feel bad for recommending it after a friend has a bad experience.Not sure listening is a strong suit there. If you have a complaint don’t expect them to take responsibility, they pawn that off on the customer.
This place is so un-welcoming, and has such a trashy atmosphere. They have a "shop dog" running around (a yorkie) dogs should not be at a place like this. The owners kids are aways there as well. The owner is very low class, dresses like she's going to the club, has a very foul mouth, and has a horrible attitude if you arnt satisfied with her work. Yes i went there more than once trying to give her a fair shot but each time I asked for Long nails (4-5 on the nail mold), by the time she was done they were super short and chunky. Very disappointing. The good reviews on her facebook page are fake as well. Also the salon has been in a magazine rated as one of the top salons in Albuquerque, but it's only because a few of the editors go to this salon. This place is truly disgusting, and the owner cuts so many corners to try to save money. Also the owner is a part time stripper at the strip club directly behind the salon. I dont know about you, but finding this out made me never want to go back, you might defiantly get some kind of fungus.

I finally found my hair salon. I have been getting so many praises over my hair cut. You need to go to this place for sure!!!!!
Great atmosphere. Very clean and professional. There are no appointments, but mobile check-in is great for avoiding long wait times. Great Clips only does cuts & styles, so no highlights (or any other chemical treatments) here.
Went to the one on Wyoming & Academy. Every time I go I get a lousy cut. My bad, doing the same thing over and over and getting the same result. Time for a change.,
