Seasons 52 has set a new standard for quality dining experience. The atmosphere is the most aesthetically pleasing atmosphere in Albuquerque. My family, a group of five, ate here for the first time this past Saturday. We ordered appetizers, main course, dessert and red wine. It's hard to overstate how good the food was. After the first bite of our flatbread, we knew we were in for a good time. I ordered filet mignon and it was absolutely perfect. The service was immaculate and the manager even came over to ask us how our evening was going. We will most certainly be going back, all five of us couldn't stop talking about what a great time we had.
Bobbi's Homestyle Catering has provided food and food service for several events that I have coordinated or have attended. On every occasion, I have been delighted by the delicious food and the wonderful service. Food presentation and cleanliness of surroundings was unquestionably impeccable. My expectations are very high, and I found no deficiency in the professionalism, service or food. The business is an asset to the city of Albuquerque, and I am sure they will continue to be successful and will continue to delight their customers.
Too bad I can't give minus stars... We ate here recently and had the worst fast food customer service possible by Oliver and crew. 😟 Congratulations to this team on a job NOT well done. 👎👎 Never before had we been treated like we don't matter and that our presence is unwelcome. No matter how pleasant we were and the questions we asked, Oliver responses were so minimal, rude and gave us dirty looks like we were supposed know the menu items. He served us our order like we were some low life's off the street that he just wanted to get us out of the store. All of our tacos were broken like they had been thrown into the bag. Come to this location if you like to be disrespected as a customer. This location is highly not recommended. 😱
We were so excited to come here! After 50 minutes our food came out burnt and less than mediocre. We helped another table get extra napkins and silverware! We couldn't get out fast enough! Terrible experrience!
Such a joy to visit Great Harvest--amazing sandwiches are served quickly with many healthy choices offered :)
It's definitely a Walmart. Shopped here today and it was busy and crowded. Got it & got out somewhat quickly. The stores layout is good with a nice flow to it. Out of all the associates in there, not one of them greeted us for the 30 mins we shopped. Some better than usual deals & selection available. Customer service is non-existent, but we got what we needed.
Without being asked, Bobbi took it amongst herself to donate the remaining food, which was a least half of the order, to a shelter. Not to mention majority of her workers balanced multiple plates to their cars. The event host didn't even get a plate. SERVICE SUCKED! The event was served by Bobbi's crew, I asked for tea and received refills of lemonade multiple times. The food was cold, chicken was tough, and greens were too salty. NEVER AGAIN!!!
The food was all served cold after she promised it would be served warm. (I mean refrigerator cold! For chicken wings and Meatball skewers!) We did not get the macaroni bowls that were ordered, instead got a little scoop on the plate. The server started a rumor that we were running out of food, so many of our guests left to get food from nearby restaurants. There were so many wings left over that were tossed away because they did not serve the proper amount of food per person and everyone thought we ran out of food. (One wing per person is what they served when we paid for 6 per person.) They took the drinks away within 3 hrs. Such a disappointment after the food tasting was promising. This was for a wedding of 190 guests. Do not recommend at all!
Very poor service. Employees weren't ready to service customers on 6 March at 10:00am when they are suppose to be open at 7:00am. My wife and I arrived at 10:05am. We ordered a hot sandwich and they informed us that they couldn't service hot sandwiches because the lady that is suppose to turn on the pannini machine arrived at 9:00am and the machine had just been turned on and it would take an hour to heat up the grill. Not only did the person in charge of the pannini grill didn't do her job turning it on upon arriving. But the other employee who arrived early who knew that it takes an hour to get the grill hot didn't take the initiative to turn it on. Based on their attitudes I don't think they were the owners. I'm writing this review so that the owners are aware of how their business being ran.
Military personnel beware! Furr's at 2004 Wyoming Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87112 the manager Rudy and his staff has an issue with American Military. He has stated on more than one occasion howif, if their not Hispanic he doesn't like them in his restaurant. He and his upper staff has verbally put down white military in every way. Rudy the manager has Said things about the elderly and how they are trash. We work at Furr's and the way management pushes out anyone different is wrong. Rudy is extremely racist and does not agree with American Military. Be warned if you are planning on visiting Albuquerque Furr's. This job has been very difficult to do with the management we have. We were told of we say anything we get fired! We have to speak out. Management here is two faced.
