Due to my arthritis getting worse, I could no longer pick up my laundry basket, button my clothes or reach to wash my hair or put on my shoes. I was thinking about moving out of my home but then I found this company. 1st Premier helps me with all of that plus does errands for me. I'm happy to still be in my home.
We've had to change caretakers several times, because of lack of professionalism and proper care of our mother. When we complain to supervisors, they don't seem to take it seriously. Many of the workers also don't seem to take their work seriously and spend time on the phone or just sitting around, rather than doing what their supposed to.
***SHORT ANSWER***They are not the only compounding pahrmach. Just found Olive Tree Compounding Pharmacy in Rio Rancho and they are so much nicer, friendlier, modern, etc...My wife has been going to Menaul Pharmacy for 2 years now. She wasn’t feeling well because she was out of her medication for 3 days. Didn’t hear anything from them so she called them and the receptionist got really nasty. Then she said the doctor’s not filling it because it’s illegal to have a prescription filled from a different state. 2 years filling it and then 2 years later illegal. She asked to speak to Navid, the owner of the pharmacy and he got nasty with her too. She told him that she wasn’t feeling well and he said, “I don’t care, I’m not getting in trouble for anyone.” I called the DEA because testosterone is a controlled substance to check if what he said was true. They confirmed that it was not illegal because our doctor in he other state is registered in the state of New Mexico. I called the Pharmacy board about Navid and they also confirmed that what he said was incorrect. The Pharmacy investigator called the Pharmacy owner and shortly after we received a phone call from the nasty receptionist that they were now going to fill the prescription. My wife told her that she just lost a customer and Gabe her a few choice words were she can take the prescription. Why? Aren’t they the only compounding pharmacy in Albuquerque? Nope! There is Olive Tree Compounding Pharmacy in Rio Rancho. My wife just picked it up from there and said the facility was a beautiful facility. They were very friendly too. Thank you Menaul for helping us find the better alternative.

I take my abuelita to Walgreens and assist her with orders and her medication also explain to her the side effects and cost of over the counter and prescription medications also neighbors children requiring special orders for dental interventions. This particular location people have been supper friendly, very warm and helpful.
Great worker's, i've ever had a problem.
They have always been very friendly and very professional. I have never had a problem with them and they are always very willing to work with animal patients.
I made the mistake of using Victors pharmacy today, boy do I regret it. Highland pharmacy is the best hands down. Customer service is excellent, location is great and they have never gotten my medication wrong, unlike the dimwits at Victors did today. I'm pretty sure they teach you how to count in pharmacy school, right? I guess thats what happens when you go to Pima. Anyways go with Highland, BEST SERVICE EVER. The wait time is also under 30 minutes, every time that I've gone. I've used them for over a year now, I'm kicking myself for going to Victors. Oh well, lesson learn. Stay away from that south valley filth.
Great pharmacy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Super fast, and always great friendly service!!!!! Absolutely love coming here
