A SantaFe Tow Truck tailgated several people with High Beams using their front off-road lighting (blinding) from the rear on Paseo Del Norte. The driver is either clueless or vicious in either case not a good organization to be towing your car

Amazing! Very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. And the best part they are affordable! Will never call another tow company besides Road Runner 😁
This company is a scam. They request to be paid up front, then do NOT tow the truck. Now they do not answer their phone because they have the money, and we had to hire another wrecker. SCAM ALERT!
Very nice and helpful! Prices are the right amount they should be! This company is very professional and makes sure you have everything you need!
THANK YOU TINO! First, I must say Tino is absolutely wonderful! I recommend him and his services as a first contact above any other towing company. He is professional and his integrity is utmost. The prices are very reasonable. He took care of my teenage daughter when the hood of her car unlatched and flew up shattering her windshield. Luckily she wasn't hurt but she was unsettled and scared. He went above and beyond to help and had knowledgeable recommendations and solutions to other snags she ran into. Let's get the word out and have his company Crossroads be the #1 choice for towing, jump start, and lockout needs!!! Tino should be the first call...505-203-5833.
Called AAA today for what appeared to be a dead battery. "Tony" was there in about 20 minutes if that. He asked about the problem and then asked if he could get in the vehicle. He turned the ignition several times and it started up! He seemed like a knowledgeable mechanic and told me it was the starter- not the battery! It took him less than three minutes AND he cancelled my AAA roadside assistance call. Thank you AAA for this contractor and thank you Santa Fe Tow. Appreciate the quick response in 80+ degree weather and Tony was friendly, professional, and diagnosed my problem correctly!
Prompt time as scheduled, got vehicle to destination no problems whatsoever made the situation a breeze as far as timing.
Really excellent experience having my vehicle towed and repaired by these folks. They were helpful, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make the experience as convenient as possible for me. I know zip about cars (and why mine wouldn't turn on!) so I was really lucky to have found them. Can't recommend highly enough!
3/12/17 the young kid arrived at my house, checked the battery and told me it was my fault for leaving the lights on. I do not use that vehicle at night. I told him this information. He said the battery had no charge that was caused by leaving my lights on and the it was caused by something I had done. He gave me a look like I was some dumb woman. Nothing I dislike more than some young puck telling a woman she does not know what she is doing. It turned out the security malfunctioned or someone tried to break into the vehicle. Then he looks around my neighborhood and tells me it's not safe. I live in a working class neighborhood and we all have jobs, none of us steal. we have a great neighborhood watch program. I explained this to him. I will Never Use this company again. Nothing I Hate more than a man trying to belittle a woman!
If you call AAA for roadside assistance be sure to ask for any other company because the service from Santa Fe Tow is unreliable. I was stranded for an hour and a half waiting for not one but two tow trucks The steering wheel was locked and the key to the ignition wouldn't start. The driver from Santa Fe Tow did not help me at all. The driver from a different company was able to start the car with no problem.
