I thought I could save money going with another service that charged a little less for the service call but I learned the hard way that that is a fallacy... half the time the service tech is not licensed and that lower price just gets him in the door to makie an unqualified diagnosis which costs me MORE in the long run. (I just went through this)! Dalton is the only company qualified by Whirlpool (who took over Maytag's service) to work on the newer Maytag products and Pete is one of two techs at Daltons who specifically knows these machines like the back of his hand. I had 3 different services give me three different diagnoses for my machine ranging in price from $500 to over $700 and Pete had the problem fixed right the first time for under $300. I am VERY HAPPY with Dalton's integrity. Mike Dalton has a pristine reputation in building his business over the last 20 years. Don't even mess around, just call Dalton and come out ahead!!!! That is my recommendation!!!
We have done business with Computer Corner for years, so when my wireless network crashed, I put in a frantic call to them for help. I spoke with Evan who assured me that they would gladly come to my home and fix it, but had I tried the online diagnostics for my modem? He explained how to find the information I needed and asked me to let him know one way or the other if that solved my problem. After working my way through the online prompts and restoring my modem, I was able to connect all of my computers and mobile devices, but not the printers. So I called Evan back, explained the situation, and we agreed to schedule a repair appointment for the next day. Meanwhile, I was able to get the printers connected, so I called Evan to cancel the home visit, thanking him for his help. He was very gracious and said again that if I needed anything further he would be happy to help. As always, i am amazed at the level of service we received from Computer Corner. Thanks, Evan!
What a joy it was working with them and the great job they did in ordering and following up on our computer purchases for the bureau; especially during the mad rush and chaotic time for us due to our fiscal year coming to an end. In our interactions, they demonstrated the utmost professionalism in providing quality customer servicing, troubleshooting capability, and their demeanor was exceptional. Their ability and efficiency in returning messages via email/phone is amazing! Most importantly, they were very instrumental in providing resolution to tracking and delivery of our purchases. Overall, my experience with Computer Corner, Inc. has been joyful, pleasant, and very efficient. I look forward on continuing to utilize their company for future computer purchases for our bureau and working with the service representatives directly.
I was back at the Corner again this week - going to buy another computer for my daughter for Christmas. Hope she doesn't read this and find out! (this will make my 5th in 10 years with the Corner). YouI always get a free class with a computer buy, and even tho I don't need it, I have given it to those people in my family who always call me with their computer questions. They're always professional and helpful and I love that they are local - none of that sight-unseen internet buying for me, I want to support our local economy.
Had a Windows 7 intro class here and really, really liked it - I've gotten computer training elsewhere and it left me flat as a pancake. At Computer Corner the instructor was really enthusiastic, friendly and helpful, even tho I'm sure she's taught this intro class a lot. She was able to answer everyone's questions and just made it fun to learn. I highly recommend this class, which I took because they give you a free class when you buy a computer - I liked that too!
ASSETS: Broad selection, with honest sales people who call on others if they don't know how to help you. LIABILITIES: Unless you act like a PESTERING BULL-HEADED MULE, you won't get any service very fast, I am naturally that way. Also you should also have a good idea of what you want and still be willing to spend at LEAST 1 HOUR shopping around, so that you can find the right deal.
Just left this place and boy walked in with nothing and came out feeling like a millionaire!!!! They paid me top dollar for my ring, I only expected to get fifty sixty bucks for it and they gave me much more than what I was asking for! Honesty goes a long way with me and I have to say I will be back to pawn city! Thanks guys!!!
INCREDIBLE SERVICE, VERY FRIENDLY STAFF, PROBABLY THE BEST COMPUTER STORE I'VE BEEN IN. MY DESKTOP AND LAPTOP HAVE NEVER RUN BETTER SINCE THEY TUNED IT UP. I BOUGHT MY DAUGHTER HER LAPTOP AT SANDIA 2 YEARS AGO, AND SHE HAS NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. I HAVE RECOMMENED SANDIA TO ALL OF MY BUSINESS ASSOC, AND FRIENDS.
I have been there several times for computer service. The staff are always friendly,helpful and professional. I have also purchased a Core13 Lenovo Thinkpad machine recently. I moved to Santa Fe a year ago and did not know who to call. I had to fire A&E Appliance Repair twice and each time found Dalton. Dalton is the very best in the area, hands down. Completely professional and utterly competent and a pleasure to deal with. Don't even consider another company!
