I wish I could give this company negative stars. Was treated like total garbage here. Only asked a couple of questions, owner got totally impatient and proceeded to treat me with a hostile attitude. One of my windows was botched I called to ask about it and was again treated with a bad attitude. For a company that collects money under the table they should be really careful how they treat people. Being a former Marine, this company should also take down any insignia of the military as well, we don't treat people that way. Would not recommend this place anyone, you can go down the street to The Tint and Trim Factory and pay about the same with way better service.
They did my 1985 Blazer over 20 years ago and it still looks good. I highly recommend Tint Masters. Quality work, quality products, at a great price.
There are dozens of tint companies around albuquerque. Don't bother yourself with this one. Horrible customer service but the owner and my tint turned out garbage.
I had tint installed last weekend, and there was a problem with the installation. When I called to schedule a corrective appointment, the manager (at the time I did not know he was the manager) starts raising his voice. I asked him not to do that, he continued. So I hung up. Then called back asking for the manager. He answers the phone saying he is the manager. He said, "How dare you call back and asking for the manager!" This was the most unprofessional individual is have ever had the misfortune to deal with in my entire life. I will never do business with them again. Also, I will make it my personal mission to inform any and all agencies of this horrible treatment by this company!
I only gave 1 star because this site wouldn't let me leave zero. I had the front seat windows tinted yesterday to match the other windows. My wife said they were too dark. She called them to see what could be done. The man that answered the phone said he was the manager. Before he hung up on her he swore at her using the "F" word. I guess they have good service only if everything goes right! On the chance their work isn't satisfactory I recommend you NOT go there! Instead of fixing it they will curse at you.
Tint Company has great customer service and did a fantastic job on my car. Strongly recommend The Tint Company.
I recently took my vehicle to albq custom tint to have my windshied replaced. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle all of the molding at the bottom of the windshield was broken/cracked. The vehicle is 3yrs old and there have never been any signs of wear to this molding. I was told that they would not fix the damage because it was not their fault. I wish I would have read their reviews before taking my vehicle because another customer had damage caused to their vehicle and the company denied the claim. I would not trust this company to do any type of work on my vehicles ever again. If you do take your vehicle to this company I would recommend taking pictures of your vehicle and doing a thorough inspection after because I found the damage myself they did not tell me about the damage they caused.
From their response below they are still denying what they did and when I originally spoke to them about the scratch they denied there was never a scratch in the seat when the car left their business and from their response they are claiming the scratch was already there. How contradictive! The dealership fixed it because they know how to treat their customers with respect! Yes the car was a used car but was in impeccable condition, the whole reason I purchased the vehicle! Also for the disinformation that the business claims that they never heard from me again is totally untrue we spoke on several occasions with them denying it over and over again, in which I finally had to call the dealership to recommend a business to fix the seat, this is when the dealership told me to bring it in and they would just take care of the scratch so I would not have to deal with this busniess anymore! READERS PLEASE READ REVIEW BEFORE TAKING YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS BUSINESS: Decided to use this business even though I knew nothing about them. Took vehicle in to tint windows, when I got the car back I noticed a scrape/cut on one of my seats. I knew this was not there before because I had just inspected my vehicle &amp;amp;amp;amp;amp; had the dealership, fix all the little things I wanted done. I surely would have noticed this scrape/cut on my seat &amp;amp;amp;amp;amp; would have had the dealership fix it free of charge. So therefore, there would be no reason for me to accuse this business of this incident, not to mention avoiding the hassle of dealing with this problem. So of course they denied it was their fault which I knew they would. Any reputable business would have just fixed the mishap, things like this happen, fix the problem, move on, but they would just not take responsibility for what they did and we all know any GOOD business would certainly have done so. Also my trunk was searched through, I suppose they thought I wouldn't notice what they took from it.
