I wish that I had read the other reviews prior to using this company. There seems to be a common link.....their management. They are not about customer service they are about defending poor work. My daughter brought my car home after a $21 dollar wash and not only was the exterior still dirty but trash had not even been disposed. When I confronted the manager he had nothing but excuses and nasty comments like "why did your daughter accept the car?" and "How old is your daughter?" and "We don't throw away trash!" This is a bad company that I would never recommend using to anyone.
I requested the "Homerun" wash. It's their premium wash. The details were not tended to: back window unwashed, mud still on side of vehicle after wash, crumbs and dirt still on seat, bugs still on windshield. They clearly wiped the dash but didn't attempt to reach the corners. There was a 1 inch dirt/dust band left around the inside edge of the dash. For $20, I expect better attention to detail.
I was very impressed with the price and quality of this car wash. I felt like this facility was clean and loved the choices in vending. I will be going back!
One of the best car washes in town! The self service vacuum cleaners are powerful and gives your car an all over clean feeling.
Reporting an incident that happened at the Rio Rancho, New Mexico location by worker back in February 2016 while he was pushing in passenger side mirror which he broke right off the base of window. Incident was caught on camera and paperwork was initiated that day. Assistant Manager informed us that auto repair would be done in a few days. Here it is a month later and still no repairs, no correspondences, or updates from the business about repairs. No Call of apology from business owner Bob Powers (505)404-9141, and I can see that this matter isn't being expedited. Would like to hear from anyone who has had a run in with this business to please contact me, thinking about taking this incident up to the next level and any information about how bad their service there is will help.
Zero stars should be an option! First off the spot free wash, not spot free. Second the $15 wash doesnt clean wheels as advertised. Third, when drying the vehicle after the wash, inoticed multiple scratches all around the vehicle. I was infuriated to see that my car had been damaged after using this stupid car wash. I kniw some of you are going to want to ignore this warning but if you care about your car dont go.
Took my car to be cleaned this morning. While sitting in the waiting room, Carlos (whom I later learned was a manager) came in and asked if I knew about the scrape on my car. I asked if he was referring to the one on the back quarter panel and he stated yes. I said yes I knew about it. Several minutes later, my car came out of the wash and was being wiped down inside and out by another guy. When he finished, I got in my car and left. My office is 2 minutes down the road. When I got there, I decided to clean the interior a little more as they had done a shoddy job. From the passenger side, I looked over at the drivers seat and noticed something on the seat. I went around to see and noticed a large scrape in the leather down the seam and on the portion where your side touches. I immediately drove back to the car wash and asked to talk to a manager. When Carlos came in, I told him my seat had been damaged and before he even looked at it, he stated that they didn't do it. After looking at it, he continued to state that they didn't do it, that it was wear from me getting in and out of the car. Let me state now that this is a 2013 that I bought new and the actual seat where you sit is perfectly fine! I told him that someone must have had something in their pocket when they sat in the car. He told me he was the only one in the car. I said that wasn't true and then he pointed at some girl and said...well she was in it too. I told him that he obviously didn't know who had been in my car because it was another guy. He continued to deny responsibility. I asked who his boss was and he said "Rudy". I said I wanted to talk to him. He told me he wasn't there. I said call him, which he did and they proceeded to speak only in Spanish. He then told me to come back on Wednesday but that Rudy wouldn't do anything either. He then laughed at me. I asked if this is how he handles all his customer complaints, he laughed again and began to walk away...at which time I called him a few choice words. I later called and talked to the "cashier' and asked for Rudy's phone number. She told me she just works there and doesn't have the number. I asked for the owner's name to which she said Ricky. I asked for his number. Again she said "I just work here". I have a feeling that when I go back on Wednesday...I'm going to get the same response for Rudy. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I would give them a minus star if it was available!
I would give zero stars if I could. Used to love this car wash and would drive across town to come and get my car washed. I have no idea what changed but it has gone downhill. I'd come in once a week to get my carwashed and then on thw weekend to vaccume my car. Today the richest person came up to me and told me that I needed to pay to vaccume after I had washed my car. I tild him the sign says the vaccume are free and he just kept repeating himself over and over. WORST customer service and now wanted $3 extra to vaccume. Never coming here again.
Really used to like this place. Much better quality then octopus. Always got the "interior" done for 5 more bucks. They do great work. Problem is you never know when manager will allow the interior to be done. I'm tired of only getting what I came here to pay for about 50% of the time. Might as well go anyplace else that will provide what's on the menu. Frustrating.
