These guys. Took 3 months to fix my car. And they didn’t even fix it. We paid them over $2000 and all they did was glue underneath the hood together. This allowed me and my children drive off the lot knowing that it was still not drive able. I am still without a car and all they said is we never wanted to work on your car in the first place.
Had them put a rebuilt motor in with a three year warranty. That was in 2016 and now the motor has gone bad. I contacted them several times, left several messages and finally spoke with them and was told to take it to a mechanic and let them know what the issue was. I found out it was the motor and called, texted and left several messages and they will not return my calls. I found a website where they have done several customers this way. DO NOT USE THEM!!! They do not honor their warranty and they will rip you off. I will be contacting my attorney.

Literally the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Steve had the car back to us within 4 days. However he failed to fix our car correctly the first time . Whatever, people make mistakes. We took it back to him, I personally talked to Steve and he told me they would get it figured out. 30 days later I'm calling to see what the deal is? He tells me sorry the engine light is still on "I think it may be the valves" now this was the first I've heard of the valves even being in play. So I responded with "how do I register a car with the engine light on"? His response was simple, "LET ME SEE WHAT I CAN DO TO MAKE IT PASS EMISSIONS TEST.". 3 days later I get a call saying I got it to pass come pick up the car (engine light still on) and the emissions paper........ And now the Air conditioner (the original fix) is causing the car to surge up to 5k rpms when turned on. $1500 wasted at this place. Do yourself a favor and do not trust this shop!!!
Took over a month to replace a fuel filter. They burned out the replacement so they simply put in the original again and charged for the full repair. I don’t know why these people decided to lie to me but I will never trust a mechanic again.
I will NEVER EVER EVER buy from here again, not even if they were the last dealership on earth. I would ride a bike or rollerblade first. First I will say our salesman, Derek was FANTASTIC!!!! He was such a pleasure to work with! Honest, helpful, everything a salesman should be. Unfortunately this company doesnt measure up to him. The owner and mangers were jerks, and completely ridciculous! Refused to give me even bad trade in on my 2015 murano (which was in pristine condition and way under mileage.) They wanted US as the buyer to jump through hoops to get the vehicle we were looking at (which was overpriced to begin with, trust me Ive done extensive research and I know how all the numbers work in a deal.) We finally came to a deal, reluctantly. While waiting on our bank to get back to us on a decision, they offered another banks % which wasn't far off from what we thought we were going to get at our own bank, so we went went with it. After we signed we basically got left out in the cold. Our bank came back with a 1% cheaper rate so we decided to just run it as a refi at that point. Once we told the finance guy, Matt this his demeanor and service plummeted dramatically!!!! Wouldnt answer calls or texts to get stuff done so we could refi to our bank. It took them almost 4 weeks and 2 angry phone calls to even get them to send the check to pay off the murano, which is incurring interest daily and will end up having a balance even after they send the check because they've taken so long, a problem to which we still never got a call back to get and explanation or give us an apology. Getting anyone (with the exception of Derek who answered every call) to call us back was like pulling teeth. We are still waiting on calls back as of today for issues that are not being taken care of with the finances. Not only that, when the finance guy, Matt redid the paperwork because we needed to remove the gap from the original HE CHANGED THE TERMS OF THE CONTRACT!!!! Then never gave us a copy of the new paperwork,even when I asked for one, and we still have yet to get it (Im guessing because hes trying to hide what he did). This change in rate and months caused US to incur a couple hundred extra in interest that will have to be paid off and rolled into the next loan. SNAKELIKE AS HELL!!!!! BY ANY AND ALL MEANS STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I recommend The Garage for all vehicle care needs. They guys really know what they are doing. They are fair, professional and do not try to upsell me. I am a single woman and I do not have the time or expertise to know what my car needs. That is why I always feel safe when the guys at The Garage work on my car. And I love that they have a shuttle as a perk!
I experienced some of the worst customer service I have ever had in Albuquerque these people don't give a dam about the customer they are a handful of grease monkeys that may know a things or two about starters and batterys but if you can't keep the customer satisfied you won't haveany They had a manager before that was fair but now they have a bunch of dopey looking dropouts that need a lesson on customer service I will never go back and I will be sure to spread the word about the lousy way they deal with customers.
Over the summer, I purchased a truck (love it!) Old, but in good condition. I did not take the 15 day warranty. I had trouble in Arizona and had to stay at a hotel for two days, and the parts/labor was close to $1,000. When I returned, I took the receipts and was ready to "battle". Instead, Paul was concerned and wanted to know how he could make things right. I told him, and they did. Luv, Luv, Luv my truck! Thanks you guys!
