Excellent rates. They have 3 month, and 6 month specials. IF you don't need storage for a super long time and even if you do, the short term specials are great for in between house moves etc... Alina is wonderful. She is very friendly and helpful even via phone :)

Moved back to ABQ after 30 yrs. Had a sewer pipe problem in our old home, culminating in one of their large snakes getting stuck in the main svc pipe. Had to rent more equipment to get the snake out, eventually pulled it out with the car! The owner was incredibly helpful & didn't even charge us for the extra equipment, or a late fee for the snake. GREAT business!
I had the worst experience and customer service with the district manager Marie. I had a question on a pmt made in January which she locked my storage unit for and I was willing to bring my bank statement and meet her at coors to fix the acct. She told me she will not meet with me and I could not go to where she was at because she didn't want to deal with it today. It was my only day off and she replied "calm down before you have a stroke" and hung up on me. I have been trying to work with her for 6 weeks with no reply. My storage remained locked and I had to go to the University site to get help to settle my account. They were very nice and had the time to explain the acct. I still have not heard back from Marie. She makes customers feel like they are bugging her and we must work around her schedule. Not good customer service at all. I help travel nurses relocate and because of the terrible costumer service Marie gave, I would not recommend this business to others.
Ben Lucero is the most honest, sincere, professional, personable, capable, compassionate, and decent person I have ever dealt with in any business transactions, and I ran my own for 35 years. I don't know how they got into my bank account- but I've never done business with them. I don't own a business- I'm 73 and don't care about consultation They don't even have a voice box
