I had my mortgage with them for 11 months, and they incorrectly posted the payments 10 times, plus getting the interest amount wrong, and they hung up on me when I complained about it.I got away from this bank as soon as I could afford to do it.

how dare call yourself a professional bank because I lost all of my money due to ATM withdrawals and who in the hell has the guts to steal from a kid who just started their bank account. I don't have a lot of money, it took SEVEN years to save that much. They STOLE iT ALL!! You don't deserve any stars.
I have had 2 different rude tellers. The second time I changed bank. I wrote an check to my son using online banking. When my paycheck was deposited to the wrong bank I called them and asked if this was a problem. I was told as long as my son didn't cash the check it would be fine. He didn't cash the check and they took the money out of my account anyway. When I asked them about it, they said it was a direct deposit (wrong--they didn't have any account number for my son) then they said it was a cashier's check (wrong--cashier checks have to have cashier's check written on the front) So they can take my money plus charge an overdraft. pretty sweet deal for them. I would stay away from this bank and their shady practices

Worse yet, this bank has Incredibly crappy customer service when their compromising of your financial data results in screwed up finances, over charges etc, unless you are a high dollar stakes client. But, they charmingly state, "the result is out of our hands, determined by an algorithm based on the 'client relationship'"--meaning, apparently, their computer tells them I am not a sufficiently high dollar client to be worth fixing their screw up for!
