Prior to our purchase, we researched and looked at other luxury vehicles in this price range, while observing the dealerships, that were available in Albuquerque and none came close to the A7 or Audi Albuquerque. The professionalism and ease to do business with Audi Albuquerque made our Audi A7 purchase an exciting and enjoyable experience. CJ was our sales person and was very knowledgeable and informative about the different models and features of each of them. We never felt pressured to purchase a vehicle there, but CJ was available to answer any questions we had. The entire process of purchasing the vehicle was seamless. Surprisingly, they made a fair deal without all of the back and forth haggling which I refuse to participate in. The paper work process was simple, straight forward and expeditious. From the point we decided to purchase to the point we were driving away, took less than 1 hour and 20 minutes. We had the dealership tint the windows, add a clear bra and install a concealed radar detector system. Again, they exceeded all expectation with their attention to detail. Nick made the appointment streamlined and trouble free. He had the loaner vehicle up front, garaged and ready to go. Antonio, head technician, ensured that all of the work was done to meet every expectation by working with me on the placement and method of installing the radar system. Everyone at Audi Albuquerque who I have dealt with, which includes Tripp the GM, Dave the sales manager, CJ & Robert in sales, Nick and Marcas in service and Antonio the head technician made it clear they have a passion for their product and care about their customers. Had a great experience with service today. Came in from the north, pulling a big RV, had leaking antifreeze. Called service about 30 min. out, explained the problem to William Pace. He agreed to work us in, told us how to get there, allowed us to park the RV on the lot. We got there about 10 AM, didnt know whether we needed to take the RV to an RV park or hope that the job would be done that day. William brought his service tech out to take a look so we would know whether or not to unhook the RV or take it to an RV park first. He and his tech diagnosed the problem right away as a water pump problem, assured me that I could unhook right on their lot and that they would get me going that afternoon. Sure enough, they got us going fast, in 4 hours, and got the job cost covered by the warranty. We were back on the road by 2 PM, minimal interruption to our trip, and a positive interaction with everyone there, William and his tech really went the extra mile for us. This place is awesome. I'm from California and bought my dream car from Sandia. The most valuable player throughout the process was a sweetheart named ROXY COPPINGER (ASK FOR HER!!!!!! SHE IS A DAMN ROCKSTAR AT WHAT SHE DOES) I am not a fan of buying cars at dealerships because of the aggressive salespeople. I will NEVER buy any car again unless it's from ROXY. She was the most helpful woman I have ever come into contact with. You are making a big mistake if you come to this dealership and don't go through Roxy Coppinger. For example: I wanted to add all this extra stuff to the inside of my car and she told me it wasn't worth it, that I would be wasting my money. WHAT CAR SALESPERSON would say that????? My wife and I are the proud owners of two 2004 XC9's. We really enjoy the cars and have low mileage on both. My warranty recently expired, which I didn't know. I took my car in because the left front window and door wouldn't work. Daniel, the service rep, informed me about the expiration and gave me a fair estimate of the repair cost. In all my dealings with both Daniel and Chris, I have always had excellent service. Daniel told me that I could renew my extended warranty and introduced me to Gene Goad. Between Mr. Goad and Mr. Patel, I was able to purchase my warranty. I want to commend all the staff for their extreem courtesy, excellent service and very reasonable and satisfactory terms. Since we purchased our cars from Corley's, we have always had wonderful experiences with all the personnel employed at Corley's. Have never enjoyed a car as much as my Land Rovers ( have previously owned a Porsche, a Volvo, a Hillman, etcetera.- now have had both Discoverys and LR2s! Wonderful, beautiful, peppy, completely dependable vehicles. And the customer service is beyond compare! Every visit is pleasant, service is quick and the repairs are always perfect. The salesmen and service managers go out of there way to accommodate their customers in every way, every time! They have even returned my vehicle to my office when I had a scheduling problem and couldn't get to them, and you are given a loaner car to use, even if you're just in for an oil change!You are truly treated like royalty every time! Buying is completely stress free- there's no haggling, and salesperson Danny Brink is knowledgable, relaxed, charming, and completely non-pressuring. I am on my 4th Land Rover and can't imagine driving anything else!
I've been a customer for over 10 years and I continue to refer them to everyone I know! They are so generous and caring, they really do care about each and every customer. Recently someone threw a brick at my windshield while on the freeway, I went to the nearest auto glass shop to have it replaced at Horizon auto glass. $250 dollars and 5 hours later I could not believe my eyes, it was the worst quality that I have ever seen, the moldings were so bent up, etc. I couldn't deal with them so I drove to Houston to ask if they would fix it since they are the only dealership I trust. Sure enough Gary ordered all the necessary parts, gave me a loaner vehicle and had it fixed immediately. Even though Houston Wholesale cars had nothing to do with the bad job from Horizon, they still fixed it at no cost! I highly recommend Houston Wholesale cars to everyone I care about!
As we were traveling through NM on our way to Phoenix, the rain from a very heavy thunderstorm damaged the clips on the wheel well of our Mazda 6. We searched for a dealer on our iphone, and chose a hotel nearby. The next morning we called Quality's service department and talked with Mr. Mast. He could not have been nicer - told us to bring it right in and they'd take care of it. They had the needed parts in stock. It took less than 30 minutes for the entire repair and less than $10! They checked the car very carefully to make sure there was no other damage and also checked fluids, air, etc. Simply put - I have never, ever had better, more professional, friendly service anywhere. They knew we were traveling through but treated us as long-term, repeat customers. Highest praise for Quality Mazda!! Wish we lived there so we could patronize this dealership!
Late last years I wanted to get rid of my 2006 Honda Accord Hydrid which i had taken great car with around 50,000 miles. I did not want to sell it personally. i tried the Ford Fusion at a dealership. I could not believe the quality and improvements in this line of cars. it was as good as can be and somethings were even better then the Honda. I did not know if I could afford to change my vehicle since I am retired. Well, I did it because of this dealership. I am very satisfied with the deal and the car. My family and best friend have also bought from them Hopefully my husband will buy another in 2015. Cannot recommend them enough.. I really avoid big car dealerships now.
This is the first used car dealer I've ever worked with who was friendly and pleasant. “Smokey”, doesn't pressure you to buy a vehicle, like the bigger car dealerships. He allows you to look at his inventory without hounding you. I was in the market for a” Harley Davidson” and “Smokey” came through. I told him what I wanted and he notified me later he had a “Harley”, I must see. It was exactly what I was looking for and immediately purchased it. ” Smokey” didn't pressure me and made it affordable. You can’t go wrong if you’re in the market for a good used vehicle, whether it’s an automobile or motorcycle. I will continue to use “Smokey's” for future purchases.
I was helped by Scott Frankel and he made my purchase experience smooth. I was using a truck which belongs to a friend of mine for a month since I thought I couldnt get any car loan because my insurance hadnt paid the loan to my financial institution yet.
