ASSETS: Broad selection, with honest sales people who call on others if they don't know how to help you.LIABILITIES: Unless you act like a PESTERING BULL-HEADED MULE, you won't get any service very fast, I am naturally that way. Also you should also have a good idea of what you want and still be willing to spend at LEAST 1 HOUR shopping around, so that you can find the right deal.

INCREDIBLE SERVICE, VERY FRIENDLY STAFF, PROBABLY THE BEST COMPUTER STORE I'VE BEEN IN. MY DESKTOP AND LAPTOP HAVE NEVER RUN BETTER SINCE THEY TUNED IT UP. Lousy, non-existent service. Wanted to buy an I Pod. Asked a girl in the Samsung section who was busy stuffing her face with some type of food. She mumbled "Apple something" and nodded in the general direction. Went over there. Two guys trying to work with a whole lot of customers. Waited, waited and waited. Finally left, went home and ordered it online. Great experience, won't bother again.
I had a iPhone with a broken + volume button. It was replaced under warranty. The data I had on the phone was going to take an HOUR to put on cloud and transfer to the new phone! !! WTF, lousy bandwidth at the store. Then the tech told me I had to PURCHASE more screen protectors if I wanted the new phone to be like the original.I figured that would have been a nice step considering I was on my lunch (90 min). So they took my old phone with the protector film on it.now I had to buy another packet.I find the shop filled with quite a few arrogant and distant techs. Genius bar???In this day I have early seen such self-promotion .I have since gone to a Samsung system.
