        We are the only North Carolina Relson Gracie Association Academy. We offer training for the entire family regardless of age, gender or athletic ability. There are adult and children classes. Our training comes from the proven techniques of Gracie (brazilian) Jiu-jitsu which has the most effective techniques in the world. We offer training for individuals interested in self defense, sport jiu-jitsu, and Mixed Martial arts.
