This is not an honest operation
I bought their old meat grinder for home use after they upgraded to a newer unit. I was told by the owner that it had some issues but worked fine for non commercial duty. I asked to see it run when I arrived to pick it up but the owner who by the way was very unfriendly told me that I couldn't plug it in. I'm in the industry and should have known better but wanted a grinder so bad I ignored my intuition. The motor was no good and not usable. It was a great deal if running so I didn't question the price and paid what was asked, but not running I would have negotiated the price down to account for repairs. THE OWNER LIED AND WAS DISHONEST. I wouldn't trust them with my meats for fear they might commingle multiple customers meats, a common practice with dishonest butchers, I would want only my home raised beef or pork not mixed with inferior animals.
