Hair Cuts & Color

I’ve been with my last hairdresser for over 20 yrs. I moved to Oregon 2 1/2 years ago. I have natural curly hair (extremely curly) so you can imagine how difficult it was to locate a professional who could not only cut curly hair but color with highlights!!!!!!!
I had 5 or more PROFESSIONALS (I was told) who did not know what they were doing and my hair hasn’t looked the same again until ROSIE FROM HAIR AND COLOR❤️.
Trust me I watched her every move and how she was treating my hair. Perfect. Was I scared? Heck yea!!!....but she came through like the PROFESSIONAL she told me she was!...Thank you Rosie 🙏.
Ps.....you get what you pay for. If you want the best then expect to pay for the best. She’s got my business for life. Highly recommend......better if you call and make an apt.

My sister went and had done and hated it. went back to get fixed and it turned green she asked for money back or to have manager fix it and they refused. Very sad that she spent so much money and this place has horrible customer service. Beware
