Cancelled the tow 3 minutes after insurance roadside assistance contacted them; didn't tell anyone! Sat for about an hour waiting for a tow truck that wasn't on the way.

Been taking my vehicles here for more than a decade. Owner is great, does good work. Some fly-by-night mechanics give the place a bad rap, but the regulars are good. Sometimes the work seems to take longer than it should, other times I've been told a few days, only for them to call the same day.
This guy is a scam artist, my friends car has been here for 3 months and has $50 in bondo. and sat outside for 2 of those months.

They now offer primary care for anyone, not just disabled...our GP for 11+ years went with them this summer, we followed her. I have NEVER been able to get anyone associated with the practice or facility to call me back for anything; my husband (cancer survivor) needed to see our (former) GP for something quickly and he was told a 3-week wait to see our GP. He said, no way, and saw someone else...but that's not health care. That's bait and switch. I have had to go to the ER to get a new prescription written for a refill--someone (unidentified) from CD called me in response to my pharmacy calling our GP about the script, she said I needed to come in to see the dr. I said, how long, 3 weeks? She also said my script did not appear in my records (where did she think I got the script in the first place?) and I needed a physical (which I had this summer; no record of that either). For a SCRIPT REFILL! I've been treated as though I am invisible and/or suspicious by these people. This is not primary care; this is contempt. I am dumping our GP and finding a real practice. I'm not disabled; imagine how disabled people (and their non-disabled caregivers) are treated when they need an appointment or a script. Unacceptable, and I will be making a strong complaint to a medical review board.
