I went there for my Thanksgiving dinner last year and the service was great, the staff cheerful and very comfy cozy!!!
Great place for any meal but just love their breakfast . The service is fast and friendly. Donna takes great care of me and all the guest that come into the diner.
They now offer primary care for anyone, not just disabled...our GP for 11+ years went with them this summer, we followed her. I have NEVER been able to get anyone associated with the practice or facility to call me back for anything; my husband (cancer survivor) needed to see our (former) GP for something quickly and he was told a 3-week wait to see our GP. He said, no way, and saw someone else...but that's not health care. That's bait and switch. I have had to go to the ER to get a new prescription written for a refill--someone (unidentified) from CD called me in response to my pharmacy calling our GP about the script, she said I needed to come in to see the dr. I said, how long, 3 weeks? She also said my script did not appear in my records (where did she think I got the script in the first place?) and I needed a physical (which I had this summer; no record of that either). For a SCRIPT REFILL! I've been treated as though I am invisible and/or suspicious by these people. This is not primary care; this is contempt. I am dumping our GP and finding a real practice. I'm not disabled; imagine how disabled people (and their non-disabled caregivers) are treated when they need an appointment or a script. Unacceptable, and I will be making a strong complaint to a medical review board.
Across the board, outstanding. It was a nice quite place to have lunch, the wrap I had was delicious, and the waitress was attentive without being pushy. It is a little pricey, but the quality of the food was certainly worth it This is my new favorite place to eat.
I have been to CF many times before. I do have to say that it is not what it used to be.When we were seated, our silverware was dirty, it took 20 minutes to place an order for drinks, which then took another 10 minutes to be brought out, then almost 10 more minutes just to get straws. After another 15 minutes the waitress took our order. They were out of many of the appetizers. The meals that were ordered came to the table either burnt or extremely greasy. The pasta dish had almost no sauce in it, and the noodles were hard. I usually like al dente pasta, but this pasta seemed as though it was barely cooked at all. It tasted like a bowl of extremely undercooked pasta loaded with only butter and broccoli. I returned my meal. I was extremely disappointed with the food AND the service this visit. The manager at the Albany Ny location is extremely rude, and does not handle his dissatisfied customers well at all. I would NOT recommend Cheesecake Factory to anyone anymore.
Love this diner! Never had to wait to be seated, and never disappointed by any food chosen from their vast menu! A definite favorite for family and friends!
Apparently if you aren't on thier list of patients they won't serve you even if you have been a patient of thiers all your life. The dr. that was treating me left and they told me that they would get me another doctor. As soon as I needed paperwork filled out they told me that I wasn't on thier list of patients and had been discharged. They couldn't even call me to say you are being discharged. They waited until I came down there thinking I could get paperwork filled out. How they told me was by yelling at me to the point where i actually started yelling back. I have never seen such rude unprofessional people in my life. I told everyone I am never going back to Center For Disability Services again. If I get treated like this I can only wonder what the people who can't talk or walk get treated like. It's so sad.
They did an awesome job with my wife when she was terminally ill... they sent aides, nurses and therapists to keep her strength ip as much as they could with her condition. she loved her staff that came to help her...
we were sitting in a traffic jam for about an hour when my wife and I dediced to just find a place to sit and drink just waiting it out. no more than 5 min pass and we are in the parking lot with a few of their regular drunks that wanted to yell. and call the cops because we had empty rabbit cages strapped to the van. saying the empty cages were animal abuse. we had to wait on the cops to show up before leaving.
dont waste your money. food, terrible! dont get the fish tacos or smores chesscake!
