        TruGreen in Albany, NY is awful. They did not get to my aeration and overseeding last year until late Fall - days before the first snowfall - so it was completely ineffective. Communication was horrible - they would say they were coming and not show up - or just suddenly be in our yard and scare the shit out of my kids. Plus, my lawn looks like shit. I have cancelled service.

        Terrible experience. ...didn't arrive on days we were told. Would leave a note they did back yard and thereally easy no evidence of it. We would call them on it and occasionally someone would come back out. After spending a lot of money....our yard is patchy, full of weeds and we now have to spend even more in attempts to correct it. Do NOT recommend. They are "too big" to care about their customers and customer service.
