Sherwin-Williams Paint Store - Albany-Colonie

I will never do business here again, horrible return policy. I purchased a 5 gallon container of Ceiling white for my contractor who was doing painting in my house. I ended up not needing it so he returned it for me and had it credited to my account for my small business I own putting veterans to work. I went to the store weeks later to use the credit and they couldn't find it in the system. I purchased the products needed figuring they would sort it out and do the right thing. Months later I get a notice from Sherwin Williams that my balance is overdue. I called immediately and spoke to Melanie and she told me there was nothing they could do. I'm now out $163 and will never do business there again.
