        I CALLED TO INQUIRE ABOUT INFORMATION, I WAS HUNGED UP ON TWICE. THE LADY WAS RUDE AND SAID SHE DO NOT HAVE TIME FOR ME. WHEN I CALLED BACK TO ADDRESS THIS, A MAN ANSWERED AND HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN. THEY WERE UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, DISRUPTIVE, AND UNPOLITE. I TAKE THIS VERY PERSONAL BECAUSE WE NEED BUSINESS TO BE THE FACE OF OUR COMMUNITY. PROFESSIONALISM IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME AND THIS COMPANY KNEW NOTHING ABOUT IT. SOMEONE WILL BE A FOOL TO DEAL WITH THEM IN ANY TYPE OF MANNER OF BUSINESS.
