I am currently 1/2 of a payment behind (they require bi-weekly payments yet only pay the "real" finance company (Westlake Financial Services: Prime to Sub-prime Auto Loans) once a month. I have received three voicemails saying that I am on the repossession list. I called Westlake. They have no knowledge of this, which doesn't surprise me because all Westlake does is give you a cheap, poorly developed software program that categorizes people. When purchasing a car you are told to "yes them to death" when Westlake calls (their words, not mine) Seriously?!?, two weeks and I am on the list of people to repossess. It's a scam. First they make a copy of your keys without your knowledge, then when repossessed, they charge you $540 to drive your car back to their lot. They hack a "bottom of the barrel" GPS locator directly into the wiring harness of the car's ECU (less than 1/2" from the OBDII plug, then tape it (yes tape) under the dash. I had to rerun the ground for my driver's door windows/lock controls because of the install of that device. If I weren't rebuilding my credit, I would have parked the vehicle in front of their dirty, outdated, trailer park of a dealership, left the windows down with the keys in the ignition a while ago.

I bought my car here quite a number of years ago. This is one of Albany's best kep secrets--Little Motors!! If you are looking for reliable and trustworthy service, I would highly recommend you take a look through their lot. They even threw in 4 new tires when I bought my car and it's still running well (knock on wood). Keep up the good work fellas.

I have nothing to say but good for alice and her entire crew.they really care about you and your vehicle.even going beyond her duties as an owner .she really cares about you being happy and make sure everything is in working order if you have a problem with your car she makes sure its fixed in a timely manner.and will reccomend anybody that needs a good vehicle.so for everybody that dont pay your bills on time is not her fault.she has bills to pay just like we do .so dont bust her chops without good reason.thanks little motors.

If you are honest with her you have no problems. I would rather deal with her than any dealer anywhere!!!

SHE WILL BUY VEHICLES FROM A AUCTION AT A PRICE THAT IS LESS THEN THE KELLY BLUE BOOK AND CHARGE YOU AN EXCEPTIONAL AMOUNT TO PAY FOR IT. FOR INSTANCE SHE WILL BUY A VEHICLE FOR $4,000 AND SELL IT FOR $13,900. SHE WILL TELL YOU YOU HAVE TO PAY HER A DEDUCTIBLE OF $250.00 THAT YOU CAN PICK UP AND USE IF YOU HAVE AN ACCIDENT. SHE WILL BUY CARS WITH LOWER MILEAGE SO SHE CAN REPOSSESS IT AND RE-SELL IT AGAIN. THAT $250.00 DEDUCTIBLE GOES IN HER POCKET NOT IN A BANK. SHE TREATS EVERY ONE LIKE THEY ARE STUPID INCLUDING HER EMPLOYEES. BY THE WAY HER EMPLOYEES TRY TO HELP YOU THE BEST THEY CAN BUT SHE INTERFERES WITH EVERYTHING. iI paid 14000.00 for for a 2003 truck from little motors 4 months i brought it back to get it service for a loose front wheel, loose brake line , and bady worn rear brake and this passed inspection their in shop I thought I had a extented warrity I pad for But no because they screwd up the information with the warranty people and neglected tell me so . 850.00 of work need be done alice the owner don,t want step up and there product and repletion alice talks to people with no repect and and very unprofessional I recommend not to buy or repair thier.

lousy service by owner they lie and they do not have cars that are reliable and there cost of the cars are ridiculous and they lie about servising your car the job never gets done.as well they are caniving and and will track you down in the gps systems that they secretly install.i have delt with them for four years and not one ounce of good came out of it and i would recommend if you can avoid it please do
