Do not go to Jerrold Bartman for legal assistance. He is unethical, unprofessional, and incompetent.



You have to beg for information regarding your case from Bartman and his paralegal. Email s go unanswered for weeks at a time, phone calls unreturned. When Bartman s paralegal does respond she is curt at best and does not provide you with information that you requested.



Bartman will make excuses for his incompetence all day while you lose your house to forclosure.



Bartman gives a good sales pitch during the initial consultation, but that is all it is. The only thing this firm moves quickly on is cashing your check. Bartman wants payment upfront. He gets paid for doing next to nothing and you are left out in the cold. He takes advantage of people that are already in a tough financial situation and it isn t right.



I have some experience working with lawyers, and this is by far the worst experience ever. Please do yourself a favor and do not hire Bartman.
