Been over a year now that I leased my truck, I am very happy with my salesman Joe from denooyer Chevrolet. He was very informative and polite .I will defenitley go back to denooyer Chevrolet and do my business,with Joe. Very professional and patient. Picking out a new vehicle is stressful and expensive, but Joe made it very easy.

Very rude and extremely unprofessional. Brought our perfectly fine working truck just for an oil change with NO check engine light or any sort of indication of a major problem. After we dropped the truck off, they claimed the DEF tank/pump was "not working" and the check engine light was on. After a rude phone call and a hazy explanation, they made us replace it for $950. Yeah, I know.After we replaced it, problems started showing up such as vehicle speed limit being reduced to 55 MPH, and "Exhaust Malfunction" signs were also showing up. Would definitely not recommend.
Horrible RV service here. This shop was hired to fix a "low power" issue with my RV. They supposedly cleaned the DPF & DOC and test drove it around the parking lot. It ran fine and drove fine until you get on a hill or a highway. The RV needed to be test driven on a highway and they would have found out that their repairs did nothing to fix my engine issue. Also, these mechanics got black greasy hand prints on my white RV mattress when they removed it to access the engine beneath.Overall, I rate this place a big fat zero and would never take anything else there for any reason.

I was not happy with the service department I have a 2008 chevy silverado purchase it about 7 weeks ago just last week the engine light came on and I was told I need some parts something to do with a fuel system seiser. I have 60 day warranty and be size that I have a extended warranty for 12 months they gave me a hard time and replacing the part people just make sure you read your warranty good
Twice as expensive as nearby dealer, Service adviser "Bill" needs to learn better customer service. Poor attitude. Lied about a service offered for the vehicle. Charged a diagnostic fee for something covered by the included 27 point inspection. Would never go back.
