I will never shop here again and I deal with a lot of people in the public will inform them how awful the return policy is. I bought a gift in july for my husband gave it to him this week and it does not work with our stereo. Tried to return it and they only have a 15 day return policy. I am now stuck with a $59.99 gift I can not use. I had everything in the box just the way it came and my receipt. So people who like to shop early don't bother going there!

I am writing this as I wait a half an hour for a simple 7 dollar piece. It is absolutely terrible. I went in to just get a sim card holder replaced and had to talk to 3 different people. They told me to sit down in these stupid uncomfortable wooden chairs and wait. This is ridiculous!! It hot and humid in here and the employees are snoby and rude. I just needed a simple 7 dollar piece. I don't know who thought at Apple corporate but they need tobe fired. Miserable first impressions. Call center was so noisy I had trouble hearing the CSR. Took almost 15 minutes to make a simple appointment for warranty TV service. CSR was rude, intrusive and hostile as he sought information totally irrelevant to TV repair. I had to wait 4 working days for a service appointment.Received a confirming call 2 days later from an installer, who asked all the same questions the CSR did. He was pleasant but robotic in his manner and approach.Received a 2nd confirming call from the actual technician the day before the appointment. He again asked all the same questions. He told me he had no idea why I was being called so much.If I had to pay for this service I would have cancelled. The ONLY reason I am using Geek Squad is that there is no other Sharp in home warranty servicer in my area.Based on the treatment received on the phone and the gross disorganization, I will no longer shop at Best Buy if for no other reason than not to have to expose myself to treatment like that.
