Over the years, I’ve rented from all the major car rental companies, but now I rent exclusively from Enterprise, and I’m always satisfied. Enterprise’s combination of great vehicles, great value, and friendly no-hassle (and no-hustle) service is unbeatable IMHO. My daughter, who travels a lot in her work, also rents exclusively from Enterprise.
I reserved a car and arranged to be picked up from work. I was told to call about an hour before I wanted to be picked up, which I did. Half an hour after I was supposed to be picked up, I called to ask what type of vehicle I should be expecting, and what time I could expect to be picked up. I was told they didn't know which vehicle, and the driver would call me. After 20 minutes, I called again, and was placed on hold; After half an hour on hold, I was hung up on. An hour and a half after I was supposed to be picked up, I finally got my ride. I was quite upset when I got to the office, and the staff there went above and beyond to make things right and make sure I was satisfied. So in conclusion, the staff at Enterprise is great, but I will never arrange to be picked up again.

I regularly rent cars from National at airports around the country and the customer service at the Albany Airport is head and shoulders above the rest. From assisting with selection of cars to handling special requests, they do it all in professional and friendly manner.
Very very bad experience. The company found one very very non-obvious dent when we return the car. They insisted that it is our responsibility. However, it is really very non-obvious. When we pick up the car, the staff just asked us to check whether there is any scratches. They did not ask us to check any dent. The dent is really hard to find, especially when the car is clean. We have not had any incident during the renting. We doubt the dent exists before we rent the car. But the company insist that we should be responsible for the "damage", even though it is not our fault! It is really annoying! I won't recommend this company to anyone ever!
Excellent service when I picked up the car but when I dropped the car off early in the morning there were no instructions on where to leave the keys. No attendant that early in the morning but other rental car companies where working. I ended up asking an attendant from Hertz what I should do and he said to leave the keys in the car. This is the only issue I ran into. Service was great and friendly.
This site has a great staff with many very good vehicles. The staff was responsive and helped with directions. The facility is close to the airlines counters and a quick trip out the baggage claim area door. I highly recommend.
Flight late and got in at 11:50 pm. Staff here were super helpfull and friendly. On my way in under eleven minutes!Turn in crew was just as awesome and friendly. Turn in was eight minutes! I travel all over the United States. Anytime I am in Upstate NY in the future, I will make it a point to fly in to ALB just because of this level of service.Damned good work!
