When trying to exchange hair I purchased 30 minutes prior, the manager insinuated I picked thru unopened pack of hair and stated no-one will want to buy the hair that way..although I purchased it that way...very unprofessional!
Very clean, and neat. This store casries various selection of products. Some staffs were friendly and some were not.
I like the items this store has and the convince but the staff has such nasty attitudes. Every single one of them. They don't want you to ask questions, very poor customer service and just a overall uncomfortable experience. The owners need to fire the whole staff and start over with new customer friendly people who care about the business.
I brought my 90 year old mother to this store on monday evening to purchase a wig for the first time in her life. This process took over 2 hours before she made a selection. Meanwhile I was told I couldn't use the restroom but did so any way as should be a common courtesy since we had been in the store over 2 hours. Instead I was approached by a rude person who never introduced himself but berated me by saying I don't care how bad you have to go to the restroom you can't use it here. My mother started to buy some earrings but decided not to because we could not use the restroom. This very rude person said we don't need your business anyway. I have never experinced such poor lack of class and absolutely the lowest form of customer service one could imagine.
Stay away and go to the one on ledo road the service is a joke they never answer the phone in the phote center and when I went to pick up my photos that were oreder online the rep made me wait 40 minutes and I was the only one in line pressing the help button 43 times!!!!!!!!!!!
