City Of Albany Zoning Department

We signed up at the end of September to receive internet service and it is now December 14th .... we still have no service! Every time that we have called we have gotten a different story, including that they lost our contract. Worst customer service ever from Tonya. If you have options, choose another provider.

I went to turn on my power. They are very swift with their customerseparate and very polite. However, I do think its Not good for A company that controls my water gas and light to make a me call a separate gas company to turn on my gas. So you not only must pay $200 deposit for lights....but a $50 or more service charge for a company to turn on gas. What a rip off and no other power company y to choose from in Albany. I sure hope some competitors come to the area and wipe out these thief's.
