Having trouble getting trash picked up,guess they dont come down dirt roads

A "First Class Company", with a friendly and cheerful employees. I encountered a slight problem when a friend forgot to put our trash out while we were away. Upon our return, I immediately contacted the local office here in Albany and requested assistance. Rhoda answered the phone with an exceptionally high degree of enthusiasm and zeal. She scheduled a missed pick-up and on the next day Stanley arrived with a replacement can since mine was in need of replacement and he was just as enthusiatic as Rhoda the day before.
