Warning!!! Terrible, had our TV for 2.5 months and didn't repair it , nor did we receive any calls on the status. After calling them several times and now claiming that they can't find the part, yet previously stated they had it. Had to pick it up and they kept our down payment.
I called Fred's about our 42" Samsung Smart tv that blinked out on us just after one year warranty expired. Rather than just fix it and take our money, they suggested I give Samsung a call, insisting they would honor the warranty. I did, and they did. In addition to that, Fred's came and picked it up and returned fully repaired in less than a week! Super nice folks and saved me the cost of the repairs. Samsung covered it completely. Two good companies: Fred's and Samsung!
