PATHETIC SERVICE ! On 2018, June 14th they sent a text alerting me to a fraudulent attempt to use my debit card information at a RaceTrac gas station in Florida...I live in GA. I called the fraud line as instructed in the text, and they agreed to cancel the corrupt card, issue a new one, and STOP the fraud payment to RaceTrac. I have been slugging it out with them ever since ! Today is the 20th and THEY PAID THE FRAUDULENT CHARGE...claiming that it was "paid with a debit card, so they could not stop the charge". They had it on HOLD for several days; and now they claim they could not stop the payment when there is no way possible that anyone had my CARD in FLORIDA ???

Renasant Bank of Albany, Ga. has to be one of the sorriest banks I have ever had to do business with ! The people that work there are TOTAL incompetents. The blond woman that is the person in charge of CD's and what ever else she does, is so rude and snippy. I have had dealings with a lot of other banks and their employees and I have never been treated the way this woman treats people. Hey blond girl, just remember you receive your pay checks from your customers, we pay your salary!! Also, I went in your bank yesterday to cash in a CD and guess what, You cant even spell my name right. Now I have to make another trip back to Albany tomorrow just to get my check with the right spelling of my name so I can put my money from the cashed in CD moved to a bank that REALLY cares about its customers!!! I have 3 more CD's in your bank and I cant wait till they mature so I can move my money from your CRAPPY bank to a bank that cares about me and my money!!!!! BTW I am writing this for my 90 year old mother that received this horrible treatment from your bank yesterday. We also live 50 miles away from your bank so, for you idiots that work for your bank, that is a 100 mile round trip for a 90 year old woman to have to make to get you incompetents to write her name on her check CORRECTLY.

Very slow drive thru banking center
The DoCo credit union website is so archaic - not user friendly and doesn't function like other financial institution websites. With other banks I can change my address online. With DoCo they require a notarized letter. (I live in Atlanta.) Very inconvenient. Today I went on the website and was happy to see that it has a new look. I was hoping that it was more user friendly as well, but when I went to "login" I got a message that it is not cannot be verified as a secure site.
For the pasr couple of days, I am unable to get into personal banking. I have tried websites all to no avail. Are you aware of the problem?
